Purchases can be returned within 14 days after the receipt of goods.
You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused and with all its original packaging and tags on the clothes in perfect conditions. All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria, risk being refused. We reserve the right to deduct handling fees in the case of missing labels or dirty/damaged items or packaging. Please make sure to package it properly.
You don't need a special return label for this. Please be informed that we do not cover return shipping costs so you will have to bear the direct expenses of returning the goods. We are still a growing company and simply cannot afford to offer free return shipping yet.
You can choose the carrier of your preference. We strongly recommend you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.
You will receive a reimbursement for the value of the returned item(s) within 14 days after the product has returned to us. We are entitled to withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back from you or until you have produced evidence of having sent back the goods.
Please be aware that it can take up to 10 working days until the refunded amount is visible in your payment method.
START A RETURN
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@vimpelova. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom products such as special orders or personalized items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
